Emilie Beard Foundation for Felines (dba EB Feline Rehoming) is dedicated to rescuing, providing sanctuary, insuring good health, and placing kittens into loving and pet-responsible homes. We strive to educate the public about the importance of neuter and spay to help reduce the population of unwanted, homeless, or abandoned cats in our community.
